Tickets are not replaceable, if you lose your ticket you will need to buy another one
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
It is the promoter's policy to play, "Rain, Hail or Shine". Umbrellas are permitted at the event.
I ONLY WANT TO SEE ONE PARTICULAR ARTIST. IF THEY CANCEL, CAN I GET A REFUND?
In the very unlikely event that ANY artist cancels, there will be no refunds. The ticket is for the EVENT, not the individual artists
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry no refunds. You did agree to this in the terms and conditions when you purchased your ticket
You can however pass your ticket onto a friend or family member
If you choose to do this, you MUST rename the ticket to the person who will be using it BY CONTACTING US ASAP
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?
Tickets will be available online up until 2 weeks before the event unless they have sold out beforehand as this is a limited ticket event. Tickets purchased from Nov 1st will be pick up at the gate only.
WILL EFTPOS BE AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL?
EFTPOS is available on Merchandise & Food Stands only. EFTPOS is NOT available at the Bar

WHAT KIND OF FOOD & DRINKS ARE GOING TO BE SOLD?
A range of food and beverages will be available at the event
Alcohol, soft drinks & water available from the bar (No EFTPOS available at the Bar).
Free water also available
Food will be country style BBQ plus other options, Snacks such as chips, etc will also be available
IS THERE ANY SEATING AT THE EVENT OR IS IT ALL GENERAL ADMISSION?
All tickets for this event are general admission
IS THE VENUE LICENSED?
Drovers Camp is a licensed venue and alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase (including spirits)
All patrons wishing to purchase alcohol MUST have photo ID
CAN I BRING MY ESKY WITH FOOD OR DRINKS?
Drovers camp is a fully licensed venue STRICTLY NO BYO DRINKS (including water) is to be brought on-site
Snack food allowed. This will be enforced by security at entry gates
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIRS TO THE EVENT?
Yes, chairs are permitted. We would ask that patrons exercise common sense and ensure that any seating they bring with them is easily portable and will not cause obstruction to others, event staff or event proceedings
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A WRIST BAND?
Yes, everyone within the event venue needs to wear their wristband at all times
On entry to the event, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband
Please note the wristband is not transferable, non-refundable and not replaceable – it becomes invalid if
tampered or broken
Any Person at the venue not wearing a wristband will be ejected
IS THERE PHONE COVERAGE AT THE FESTIVAL?
Telstra coverage only
CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE AT THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, definitely! Visit our Merch page HERE to see some of our items that will be available on the day, more items will be available on the day
WILL THERE BE ARTIST MERCHANDISE FOR SALE ON THE DAY?
Yes, there will be a merchandise stall selling a great range of the Artist's merchandise on the day.
EFTPOS is available at merchandise stalls.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BRINGING MY CHILDREN?
Children between 0 – 10 years are free
If they look like they might be older than 10, you will need to bring ID (a passport, birth certificate)
to prove their age
Country at the camp is an all-ages event – if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a legal guardian over 25 or a parent at all times
CAN I BRING MY SHADE/BEACH/POP UP TENT OR PORTABLE SHADE CANOPY INTO THE EVENT?
No. Tents or sun shades will NOT be allowed into the event
CAN I BRING A CAMERA INTO THE EVENT?
Small cameras & mobile phone cameras are permitted
Any professional photographers with larger equipment must contact us prior to the event
IS POWER AVAILABLE ON CAMPING SITE
No power is available on camping site

WHAT TIME WILL THE EVENT START & FINISH?
Gates will open at 11:30am and the festival starts at (12.00pm) Midday
We anticipate the event will finish at approximately 11.00pm
